Therapeutic Massage: a combination of various techniques to alleviate pain in muscles and joints and increase mobility. For example: Lumbar pain, shoulders/neck pain, poor circulation…etc.

Reflexology:  also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet, hands and face/ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that purportedly reflect an image of the body on the feet, hands and face, with the premise that such work effects a physical/emotional change to the body.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Vodder ® (MLD) This is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body. MLD is particularly efficient to treat water retention, chronic & traumatic pathologies, muscular issues and constipation, for example. DLM is also detoxifying, drastically helps weight loss, reduction of wrinkles (face) and strenghten the immune system. Stretchings and Mobilisations: this treatment can be given all dressed (comfortable clothes are required)  and aims at improving feeling and mobility of a specific area. This treatment lasts 30 minutes. Stretching and mobilizations can be integrated into a therapeutic massage.
