Recovery

 

Recovery after a race or during an intensive training phase should be a priority for athletes. Unfortunately, it is too often ignored. A good recovery plan enables your body to adapt more quickly in order to perform better in your next race or training phase.

 

Mélanie and Pamela advise you try a recovery massage (massage and stretchning) and a mini session of acupuncture to balance and give flow.
